Electronic Adjustable Load

Built adjustable electronic dummy load based on power MOSFET.

Original circuit is from http://www.danyk.cz/zatez_en.html.

Used IRFZ44N MOSFET salvaged from an old UPS. Used 7.5V Zener as MOSFET is regular one (not logic level).

Here is the one I built.

Used Aluminium block heat sink salvaged from old UPS. It is good for small load testing. I will attach larger heat sink with extra two screw holes it has, which would be required for high current testing.
